USTLC Role
USTLC is a Trade association focused on Federal R&D Programs. It is led by individuals with professional experience supporting Federal R&D efforts. Its role is to provide:
- Frequent meetings, briefings, discussions on emerging R&D issues and program
- Intelligent, helpful critique/suggestions by the private sector to the government
- Useful guidance by the government to the private sector
